Rajeev Rajani, MD
Rajeev Rajani is a board-certified internist in private practice in Naples since 2007.
Dr. Rajani grew up in Bombay, India, and completed his medical graduation degree from Bombay University and then proceeded to complete his residency training at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center (Johns Hopkins affiliate). After his residency training, he worked as an internist in Baltimore for a number of years before relocating to Naples, Florida. Presently, he devotes a majority of his time to outpatient practice at his clinic and is also a visiting physician at Terracina Grand, a local retirement community.
In his free time, Dr. Rajani enjoys golfing, fishing, and cooking. He is married to his wife, Sonia, and has two children: Yash (son) and Niki (daughter).
Sonia Rajani, MS, PT
Sonia has a Master’s Degree in physical therapy and has been a licensed physical therapist in both Maryland and Florida for over 19 years. She brings her vast experience in manual therapy, balance rehab, and exercise techniques to threat a multitude of problems with a direct, hands-on approach in individualized, one-on-one sessions. Sonia is certified in the “Big and Loud” program for Parkinson’s disease. In Naples, she has worked at Medical and Sports Rehab for 5 years, and most recently, at Water Works Total Rehab for 2 years. In her spare time, Sonia enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, cooking, and exercising.
Julie Valenza, PA-C
Julie Valenza started her career in NYC after graduating from the Long Island University/ Brooklyn Hospital Physician Assistant Program in 1991. She worked in Family Practice and Emergency Medicine in New York City for 5 years before returning to her hometown of Lake George, NY to raise her family. There, she continued practicing medicine in Family Practice for over 25 more years.
Julie served as a Major with the New York Army National Guard and completed two combat deployments.
Julie enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren as well as teaching yoga.
Amanda Campbell

Amanda has been with the practice for over 6 years and assists Dr. Rajani in clinical care. She independently manages the coumadin clinic at the office and oversees a variety of medical practices such as wound care and immunizations.
