Annual Physical Exam
and Routine Follow- up
We urge all of our patients above the age of 40, both men and women, to get annual physicals apart from routine follow-ups and sick visits to integrate, simplify, and improve their health. The annual physicals are routinely overseen exclusively by Dr. Rajani.
Patients are encouraged to get their laboratory testing and other relevant diagnostic testing (ex. mammogram, bone density, CXR, CT, vascular workups, etc.) prior to their evaluation as ordered by the office. We also request our patients to update us with any new specialists’ appointments or testing that they may have undertaken in the recent past, so we can request those records and create a complete list of their medical history that can be reviewed and discussed at their physicals. This process helps us to ensure that our patients are receiving appropriate medical care.

Hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, diabetes and smoking are major risk factors for vascular disease besides other factors. We risk stratify all our patients for vascular disease at our initial meeting and at annual physicals and provide complete setup to conduct vascular workup and follow up and management in our office for all our patients. Aortic US to rule out aortic aneurysm
Renal and Renal artery US for complete kidney workup

Cardiac Medicine- Evaluation and Management
Routine management of Hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, Coronary artery disease. Our office is fully equipped to provide in house cardiac stress testing to effectively manage patient needs.
