COVID-19 NOTICE

Dear Patients,

As a valued member of Collier Medical Specialists, we appreciate the trust you place in us and want to inform you about how we are addressing the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.

We are closely monitoring events in our local community and continuously updating our policies and protocols as a result of new information.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are closing the office to nonessential visits. However, to help you with your need we are offering “Video Teleconferencing” for urgent care visits, regular follow ups and physicals.

Video teleconferencing could be achieved in one of many ways, that is, via FaceTime if you have an iPhone, WhatsApp, Skype or through “Zoom” interactive platform. We prefer FaceTime since it is simple, easy and quick. If you do not have any of the above services or platforms we could certainly get in touch with you over the phone.

As of now, we are permitting our employees to work at the office to help patient with their needs but at the same time trying to promote social distancing and to help limit community spread of the virus. We are requesting you that if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 please call us immediately to address next best course of action.

To best aid you, we are asking that all your questions be requested via phone, fax or email. If you have any questions or need refills on medications or have other important information to share, kindly call and leave a voicemail for us to get back to you. We are asking for your patience for any delays that may occur in response times.

The well-being of our staff and their families is of the utmost importance, as is providing you with the highest level service that you deserve and depend on.

As we navigate challenging, evolving conditions, please know that we are using the MOST RECENT guidance from Federal, State and County health agencies. As conditions dictate, we will communicate any further changes of procedures to you.

Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding!

Stay safe and healthy,

Dr Rajeev Rajani
